You're invited to a plant propagation party! No experience or plant cuttings required.
Join the Sasaki Foundation, Sasaki, and the BSA for a plant propagation party, a Cambridge Science Festival event! Bring yourself, and plant cuttings if you have them. Learn about the science of propagation, meet new friends over food and drinks, and enjoy the Boston skyline from Sasaki's roof deck.
Event registration is free but required to ensure we have enough materials.
Never propagated plants before? It's easy. Here is a useful guide for propagating common houseplants in water.
Bringing cuttings to the party? Thank you! Let us know how many and what kind.
Don’t have any houseplants? That’s okay, too! You can still participate and go home with a new plant.
Pizza and soft drinks will be available at the event for a suggested donation. All proceeds will benefit the Hideo Sasaki Foundation.
